TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MAGIC PALACE CASINO

1. DEFINITIONSIn these Terms and Conditions, "We" or "Us" refers to Magic Palace Casino, a Native American gaming venue operated by the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke, and "You" or "Your" refers to any person who visits, plays games, or uses services at Our facility.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy entering Our premises, participating in our games, or using Our services, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. GAMING AGE AND RESPONSIBLE GAMBLINGYou must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age as required by local laws) to enter Our facility and participate in gaming activities. We are committed to responsible gambling practices and encourage all patrons to gamble responsibly.

4. TERMS OF PLAYAll games played on Our electronic gaming devices ("EGDs") or other gaming equipment are governed by specific rules, which can be found at each game station or requested from Our staff. You acknowledge that You have read, understand, and agree to comply with these terms of play before playing any game.

5. LOYALTY PROGRAMMEOur Loyalty Rewards Programme allows patrons to convert their play into meals, merchandise, and exclusive events. The programme is subject to specific rules, which may be modified or terminated at Our discretion without notice.

6. PROMOTIONS AND EVENTSWe reserve the right to promote special events, tournaments, or other activities on Our premises. These promotions are subject to Their own terms and conditions, which will be communicated separately to participants.

7. SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATIONYou acknowledge that We collect personal data in order to provide services and comply with regulatory requirements. Your information is stored securely in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. GAMING FAIRNESS AND INDEPENDENT CERTIFICATIONAll EGDs are manufactured by reputable suppliers whose Random Number Generators ("RNGs") have been independently certified as fair and unbiased.

9. COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONSWe operate in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

10. MODIFICATION OF TERMSThese Terms and Conditions may be modified or updated at Our discretion without prior notice to patrons. Your continued use of Our facilities or services after any modification will constitute acceptance of such change(s).

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAWAny disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Canada.

12. WAIVER OF CLAIMSYou agree to waive all claims for damages, losses, or expenses resulting from Your participation in Our games or services, except as specifically provided by law.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENTThese Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Us regarding gaming activities at Magic Palace Casino.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThis Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

15. NON-WAIVABILITY OF RIGHTSNothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude Our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or Our gross fault.

16. FORCE MAJEUREWe will not be liable for any failure to perform under this Agreement where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, public health epidemics or similar events.

By entering Our premises and participating in our games or services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
